When families rebuild with Cosmic, they not only restore their own homes but also contribute directly to the recovery of their broader community.

How it works?
Revenue-based Giving
Unlike traditional charity models, our initiative operates without external donations. Cosmic Buildings dedicates 10% of its revenue to our foundation to provide homes for those most in need.
Who is eligible
Applicants fill out a short form and statement through our portal. Recipients are chosen based on need, impact, and alignment with the initiative’s mission.
Turn-key design-build
Selected recipients receive a full-service experience, from permitting to move-in, with the same quality and care as any Cosmic customer.
